Stock cannot be purchased directly from the Company at this time as it doesn’t have a direct stock purchase plan. Purchases will have to be made through a broker using your brokerage account.

Please contact Colonial Stock Transfer Company (Amphitrite Digital’s transfer agent) to learn what steps need to be followed to transfer and then sell your shares. Please visit Colonial’s website at www.colonialstock.com, call them at (801) 355-5740 or send an email to shareholders@colonialstock.com.  Alternatively, your personal financial advisor may be able to assist you in making your shares saleable once the IPO is complete.

If you choose not to move your stock to a personal brokerage account, your shares may remain in the Company’s stock plan, held by Colonial Stock. However, accessing and managing your shares may be more convenient through a personal brokerage account.

Colonial Stock Transfer Company maintains Amphitrite Digital’s shareholder register. Please contact them to update your address and contact information. You can do this by logging into your online account at www.colonialstock.com. You’ll need to activate your online account if you have not already done so. The Company does not pay a dividend at this time.

Amphitrite Digital reports results on a calendar basis, beginning on January 1st and ending on December 31st.

The Company’s previous financial filings can be viewed at AMDI's Investor Overview and by selecting SEC Filings. The Company expects to issue its 2023 annual report, or Form 10-K, in the spring of 2024.
