The company uses advanced digital technology platforms to market, manage and operate in-destination tours, activities and events in the U.S. and the Caribbean. With several operating entities including Seas the Day Charters USVI, Tall Ship Windy in Chicago, Paradise Adventures Catamarans and Watersports in Panama City Beach, Florida and Magens Hideaway. Amphitrite serves more than 80,000 tour and event guests annually and is already one of the largest maritime tour activity operators in Chicago and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With a foundation rooted in digital technology and innovation, Amphitrite has consistently achieved double or triple digit growth annually.
On March 24, 2022 Amphitrite signed a binding Purchase Agreement to acquire Paradise Yacht Management group (www.paradiseyachtmanagement.com).
THE OPPORTUNITY
The digital technology revolution has not reached the in-destination tour activity operator industry. Fragmentation and owner/operator lack of technical knowledge has resulted in the industry not benefiting from the benefits of digital technology in revenue generation, customer service and overall operations. These two problems creates a strategic opportunity for Amphitrite. Having established a digital foundation powering its sales and operations, Amphitrite is well positioned for both organic growth as well as an acquisition roll-up strategy.

Amphitrite's unique competitive advantage is that our operations are built on a “digital foundation”. We bring the best of class digital technology to our tour operations including advertising and marketing, customer service, repair and maintenance and overall operations resulting in efficiencies not usually seen in this industry. We refer to this digital foundation as “The HELM”. The Helm is both an operating design philosophy as well as an Online and App portal allowing Amphitrite employees, contractors and partners to access key technology enablers to enhance their performance. Amphitrite's digital platform is powered by industry leading technology partners including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Salesforce, 8x8 and MaxPandaCMS.

In 2022, the combined operations serviced more than 80,000 guests. Our analytics, based on website users and/or bookings indicate that our customers are 51.8% female and 48.2% male. DownloadThe company is led by Scott Stawski, a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years management experience most recently as Chief Revenue Officer for DXC Technology (formerly Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services) responsible for more than $6B in annual revenue. Scott is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company and Amphitrite’s digitally enabled sales and marketing programs. He has also been instrumental in building out the company’s overall digital operating platform.
Scott is an avid lover of the beach and the sea and holds his U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariners (Captain) license. He has a love of history and completed his Masters at Harvard University.
Hope Stawski is a customer service and marketing executive with significant management experience in both the hospitality and technology industry. Hope oversees the day to day operations of Amphitrite and has been critical to the establishment of our award-winning customer experience programs. Hope also leads the management team in the recruitment of world-class talent for each of our tour activity operator companies.
Hope was born and bred in Fort Worth, Texas with a passion for understanding the world through diverse cultural mores, delicious foods and succulent wines. Her talents have taken her across the globe, travelling both professionally to share her skills and acumen with others and personally to hone her culinary talents and to create a life tapestry from ethnic mosaics. Always with a welcoming smile and friendly fist bump, she’s most at home on the bow of a boat singing the Songs of the Sirens or conversing with the dolphins.
Pat is a seasoned hospitality executive most recently VP of Operations for Margaritaville Caribbean Group responsible for the opening and management of Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurant chain in the Caribbean. Pat is responsible for the day to day operations of our charter vessels including Captain and Crew scheduling, training and our repair and maintenance program.
Pat is originally from upstate New York and has had the opportunity to live throughout the Caribbean. When not working, which is rarely, you will find Pat and his lovely wife Teresa traveling the world.
Mei-Mei leads the finance teams at Amphitrite Digital. She brings to the company more than 20 years of experience leading the accounting and finance departments in several different industries, including retail, service, manufacturing and technology. She is a member of the California Bar and a member of the Arkansas State Board of
Public Accountancy.
Mei-Mei loves to go on weekend road trips with her family and two rescue Shih Tzus. She also enjoys spending her free time reading and taking online classes.
Bruce is a USCG licensed 100-ton Master Captain who has lived in Chicago since 1993. He is a member of a large maritime family; virtually all of the men in his extended family, and several of the women, have been professional sailors, sea captains, fishermen, and military mariners. His father was a one design sailing National Champion who taught him to sail almost from the time he could walk.
Since arriving in Chicago in 1992, Bruce has been a sailing instructor, racing coach, and charter captain on many vessels. He is also a accomplished sailboat racer. With the partnership of his wife Karen, the two began Lakeshore Sail Charters LLC (LSC) in 2003. They expanded into the Tall Ship world beginning in 2005 with the purchase of S/V Windy. Since the acquisition of S/V Windy by Amphitrite Digital, nowadays you’ll meet Bruce on the Tall Ship Windy dock at Navy Pier supervising everyday operations, and if you are lucky, he may very well be captain of the ship that day!
Hope Wearing is responsible for the guest experience across the Amphitrite Digital portfolio and has played a key role in implementing the 5-star standard of service that brings our guests back for a day, a week and a lifetime of experiences. Hope started her career in the Amphitrite Digital family as a first mate and then a captain at Seas the Day Charters in the US Virgin Islands. She spent those years developing a thorough understanding of what it takes to make the guest experience seamless, consistent, memorable and scalable. Her tan might be fading as she spends her time strategizing instead of snorkeling, but her passion for the maritime industry and creating lifelong memories is unwavering.
Hope is originally from California and after 5 years of enjoying the year-round warm weather in the Virgin Islands, she now resides in Charleston, South Carolina with her fiancé Tucker and their black lab puppy, Stout. When not working, you can find Hope camping, traveling and looking for every opportunity to watch the sunset from
a boat or the beach.
Sonni leads the marketing efforts for Amphitrite Digital and each of its companies. Sonni has an extensive advertising and hospitality background across multiple industries, along with hands-on experience in the maritime industry. She champions brand management and ensures cohesion and efficiency across the various digital technology platforms the company employs. These behind-the-scenes efforts are the first step to ensuring all guests across the Amphitrite Digital portfolio have the best day of vacation.
Originally from the farmlands of Upstate New York, the cold winters and name “Sonni” never seemed to align, so she followed her dreams and the setting sun to the West Coast, landing in San Diego, California. There, she felt the Pacific was too cold and menacing so again she followed her sun, this time to the Caribbean which led right to the doors of Amphitrite Digital’s Seas the Day Charters USVI. With the wind in her sails and always up for an adventure, on her days off you’ll now find Sonni exploring the Gulf Shores in the Florida Panhandle.

Bryan is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain, Master 50 GMT. He captains M/V Aquarius, a 30’ Wellcraft monohull. His day charter activities include snorkeling, sightseeing, cruising, floating, beach bar hopping, touring the St. John National Park shoreline, and visiting several floating restaurants and remote islands in the USVI.
